About me

I work with CEOs and senior leaders who feel the same tension I’ve seen throughout my career: digital marketing is busy, well-resourced, and full of good people — yet it’s not delivering what the business needs.

My role is to help reconnect digital marketing to what actually matters: business growth, team confidence, and sustainable momentum.

​Over the last two decades, working across start-ups, government and fast-moving consumer goods, I’ve learned this: Digital marketing rarely fails because people don’t know what to do.

 

It fails because teams are working in silos, priorities pull in different directions, and ownership isn’t clear. Leadership sees activity, but can’t connect it to outcomes. That’s where frustration sets in — and where progress stalls.

Most of my work isn't about marketing at all. It's about organisational dynamics, misaligned incentives, and the human reality of how teams can collaborate. It's about making change feel achievable, not just theoretical and getting comfortable in adapting.

My Background

I’ve spent over twenty years working across start-ups, scale-ups, and large, complex organisations — in both the public and private sectors.

I’ve led local teams and worked across global markets. I hold an MSc in Digital Marketing, a Mini MBA in Marketing, and I’m SOSTAC® certified. But for me, the real education has come from being inside organisations as they navigate messy, real-world challenges.
